Your class is booked!
Be sure to send me the meeting link with host access (if you haven't already), and then:
1.Ā Send your students to register for their Goal-Getter Workbook
2. Show your students this introductory 13 minute video to get them started (not necessary, but allows for more Q&A during my session)
Notes:
- You must invite me to your classroom meeting (Zoom, Google Meet etc), and give me "host" status so I can share my screen ([email protected])
- Your attendance is required, and if necessary, you must intervene to manage your students' behaviour (so far this has never been an issue!)
- In an preemptive effort toĀ encourage participation, I recommend having students hand in some component (for marks or just "completion/participation"), but not necessarily their vision boards, as in the workshop I discuss how this may be something they need not share. Teachers so far haveĀ had students write a journal after our workshop, just talking about how they felt after the experience. I also prepare them to come up with three SMARTĀ goals, soĀ you may ask for submission of these goals.Ā
